rec notes: This is one of those fics that was utterly formative to my HP fandom experience - early on when I was looking for minor character fics to love, I found this, and it's always stuck with me. There's an excellent cast of minor character and their antics are fun, fresh, true to school life. I just really love the way this fic does the "finding yourself" trope, with humour and heart.
